Joe's Caesar Salad Dressing

2 cups Joe's Creamy Mustard Sauce
6 Anchovy fillets
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves
2 tsp Lee & Perrins

Puree anchovy fillets and garlic cloves with lemon juice and Lee & Perrins. Stir into Joe's Mustard sauce.

Yields: 2 1/2 cups of dressing.
Serves 4-6.
